Ingredients:

  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups broken pecans

Directions:

  1. Combine maple syrup, confectioner's sugar, milk and butter in sauepan.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally; until a small amount of the mixture dropped in cold water forms a soft ball (236*) Remove from heat and add nuts and vanilla. Beat by hand until creamy.
  3. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. Makes 10-12 large pralines.
