Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of mango, large dice , frozen in freezer overnight
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar (splenda may be substituted)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a thick smoothy texture.
  2. Pour mixture into a freezer storage bag and place in freezer.
  3. Take bag out and knead the bag approx. every 30-40 minutes for the first 2 hours. This will keep the ice crystals small in your sorbet.
  4. Let the sorbet set overnight or not les than 10 hours before serving.
