Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine pudding mix, sugar & 1/4 cup water in saucepan.
  2. Blend in egg yolks.
  3. Drain Oranges reserve syrup.
  4. To syrup add lemon juice & enough water to make 1 3/4 cup. stir into pudding mix.
  5. Cook & Stir over med. heat til thick & Bubbly.
  6. Remove from heat - Cool.
  7. Whip cream til soft peaks form.
  8. Fold cream & 3/4 cup oranges into pudding mix.
  9. Spoon into prepared meringue shell.
  10. Chill overnight.
  11. Top with remaining orange segments & if desired add whipped cream.
