Make-A-Mix Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Lightly grease baking sheets.
  2. Combine 3 cups cookie mix with all additional ingredients. Blend well.
  3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place on prepared baking sheets and flatten with tine of a fork, turn fork 90 degrees and press again, creating hatch marks on top of cookie.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are browned.
