Macaroni And Cheese Custard

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups or more if desired rough shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni and drain.
  2. Butter a 2 qt deep dish casserole.
  3. Layer in some macaroni.
  4. Add some cheese and reapeat layers to 2 inches from top of dish
  5. Mix mix and eggs together and season with some salt and pepper.
  6. Pour carefully over macaroni making sure some settles into macaroni and cheese layers
  7. Sprinkle top with paprika.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350 oven until set, about 35 to 40 minutes.
