Low Fat Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F degrees.
  2. Cook noodles, drain and set aside.
  3. While the noodles are cooking in a skillet melt half the margarine over medium heat sauté the onions and celery until tender about 7 minutes; set aside.
  4. In a bowl combine; cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
  5. Stir in noodles and celery, onions, tuna, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. Put noodle mixture in a 1 1/4-quart casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with remaining margarine.
  9. Bake until it turns golden brown (about 25 minutes).
  10. Serve immediately.
