  1. Mix together the cream cheese, light margarine, and vanilla.
  2. Slowly add the powdered sugar and brown sugar. Mix until smooth (you may have some chunks of cream cheese and that is okay). Then mix in the chocolate chips.
  3. Refrigerate for two hours.
