Low Calorie Chocolate Cake Revised

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 cake pan. 3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. 4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes. 5. Let cool and serve.
