Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Bring to a boil all the ingredients then simmer to make tea stove top. Do NOT microwave!
  2. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day.
  3. Good Health!
