Ingredients:
4 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3 cups water
Directions:
1. Bring to a boil all the ingredients then simmer to make tea stove top. Do NOT microwave!
2. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day.
