Ingredients:

  • cooked lobster as much as you want-at least 2 cups
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in just enough water to cover them
  2. Meanwhile in a pan,melt butter
  3. Add onions and saute until soft
  4. Add celery salt, thyme and pepper and chopped lobster
  5. Cook on low heat for a few mins.
  6. Add to pot with cooked potatoes
  7. Mix sour cream,cream and milk together
  8. Stir gently into lobster
  9. Heat gently,do not boil
  10. Add more butter.
  11. Eat with thick slices of homemade bread with butter!!
