Little League Meat and Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until done.
  4. In a large bowl mix together the mushroom soup, salsa, sour cream, and parsley flakes.
  5. Add the frozen potatoes.
  6. Mix well to combine.
  7. Stir in browned meat.
  8. Spoon mixture into baking dish.
  9. Evenly put the cheese slices on the top.
  10. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
  11. Place the baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes.
