Ingredients:

  • for fingers
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 cups of sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 2/3 cups ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven 350 F.
  2. 2.Grease baking sheets and put waxed paper.
  3. 3.Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4.Add sugar, flour, cinnamon and ground almonds.
  5. 5.Fold ingredients in egg whites, .
  6. 6.Put in pipping bag.
  7. 7.Pipe 2 inch long fingers, giving them some space.
  8. 8.Bake 25 min. until light brown.
  9. 9.Cool for a few minutes and sift powder sugar on top
  10. 10.Remove from sheets and enjoy
