Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1/8 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli and carrots until tender.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and melt.
  3. Pour cheese mixture over veggies.
