Limoncello Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 lemons , juice and zest
  • 125 ml limoncello

Directions:

  1. Bring water to boil, add sugar and lemon zest. Stir until sugar has dissolved then cool.
  2. Strain out zest and add lemon juice. Freeze over night.
