Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325^.
  2. Spray 6 spring pan with cooking spray.
  3. Swirl bread crumbs around sides and bottom to cover.
  4. Blend cream cheese and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Add lime sugar, salt and jalapeno powder, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Fold in cheese, blending well.
  8. Pour into prepared pan.
  9. Bake at 325^ for 40 minutes.
  10. Let cool and serve warm with bread and/or crackers.
