Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lime cordial
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp liquid sugar cane
  • arils of approx. 1/4 of a pomegranate

Directions:

  1. Mix the water, lime cordial and lime juice.
  2. Pour into two ice cube trays.
  3. Place 5 or 6 arils and one kiwi dice in each cube compartment.
  4. Freeze.
