Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into pieces about 1 inch long and 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Melt butter in an iron skillet
  3. Saute the sweet potatoes in butter for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tequila, lime juice, and sugar.
  5. Cook covered over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve.
