Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepared crust in a pie dish
  3. In a large bowl, beat potatoes until semi-smooth
  4. Melt butter and add to potatoes
  5. Add all other ingredients and Mix on medium until smooth
  6. Bake for one hour
  7. Cool on rack for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with cool whip or ice cream
  9. This recipe will make 2 small pies but I usually just make one big pie
