Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook lentils low heat with bay leaf until water absorb.
  2. Mash lentils.
  3. Dice onions, peppers, and minced cilantro add to mashed lentils.
  4. Add sal, pepper, cayenne pepper.
  5. Cool for 15 minutes lentils
  6. Add bread crumbs and mexican cheese.
  7. Add eggs.
  8. Blend in the mashed lentils.
  9. Mix ketchup and honey
  10. Pour over meatload.
  11. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
