Lemon Pepper Fettuccine With Shrimp and Snow Peas

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lemon pepper fettuccine pasta
  • 1/4 lb snow peas
  • 1 red pepper , cut into thin slices
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta.
  2. While pasta is cooking, saute shrimp for 2-3 minutes in olive oil in skillet.
  3. Add snow peas and red pepper, and saute for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss with pasta and serve.
