Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Turn the oven on a high broil.
  2. Slice lemons in to circles and put on the bottom of a casserole dish.
  3. Place chicken on top of the lemons with the skin facing up.
  4. Take garlic gloves and place one under the skin of each breast(if you want add two).
  5. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  7. Put a half a table spoon of butter on top of each breast.
  8. Put into oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Take out of the oven after 15 minutes and turn over chicken breast (so skin is now down on top of the lemons).
  10. Season non skin side with Salt and pepper , a drizzle of olive oil, and squeeze half a lemon on top.
  11. Put back into the oven for 12 minutes.
  12. Take it out of the oven and enjoy!
