Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix together butter powdered sugar and flour until crumbly. Spread in 9x13 pan thinly. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat together sugar and lemon juice. Pour mixture over crust and bake 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
