Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and stir in sloppy joe seasoning mix and tomatoes.
  2. Cook and drain lasagne noodles per package directions.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Layer noodles in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with meat and cream cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
  6. (I think you could double this recipe quite easily for a bigger family).
