Lazy Womans Egg Rolls - Also Known As Quickie Bake...

Ingredients:

  • anything is optional add or remove to suit tastes
  • 1 16 oz. bag of chopped cabbage can be any variety if you prefer use a coleslaw mix
  • 1 4 oz can crab meat
  • 1 4 oz can shrimp
  • mushrooms as many of few as you prefer
  • onion as much or little as you like
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • wok oil or another oil of choice just to get fresh vegetables sauteed
  • you will need a skillet, wok, or another pot to saute filling. it can be steamed if you prefer.
  • you will also need a baking pan
  • non stick spray

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet or wok with oil, slowly add cabbage mix, chopped onions, garlic. And any other veggie you are using. Sprinkle in soy sauce. Stirring continually to keep from sticking. When mixture reaches desired tenderness and meats are almost done if they were not precooked take up.
  2. Take egg roll wraps, positioning in diamond shape. Add about 1/4 cup of mix place in center of wrap. Fold up bottom flap then flip over left and right sides. Rolling down top, it can be held in place by putting a little water on flap or egg yolk.
  3. Place rolls on greased sheet. Bake 350 for 15 minutes flipping over about half way through cooking.
