Ingredients:

  • 2 large cans or 4 small cans of peaches
  • 1 cup of sugar or more to taste
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 stick of butter
  • topping
  • 1 cup of bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • topping if you don'tsp have bisquick
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk (or juice from peaches)
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 13x 9 inch pan. Pour peaches in a bowl juice and all. Add sugar (taste to see how sweet you want it), cinnamon. Cut in 1 stick of butter. Mix together. Take out about 1 cup of liquid to use for the topping. Butter or spray the pan. Pour peach mixture in the pan
  3. Topping:
  4. Mix bisquick, egg, cinnamon and the juice from the peach filling instead of water or milk (if it is too thick, add a little milk to thin it out. Just make sure the batter is not too thick (but not too thin either)
  5. If you don’t have bisquick:
  6. Mix flour, milk (or juice from peaches), baking powder, sugar, Cinnamon and egg. Again if its too thick, just add a little more milk or peach juice.
  7. Pour topping over peaches and bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown about 35 minutes. I rub a little butter on the crust when it’s done.
  8. Serve warm topped with vanilla icecream or cool whip
