Lazy Chef's Best Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp hellman's light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp yellow mustard (such as french's)
  • paprika (buy a very good brand or get at the spice market)

Directions:

  1. Peel eggs and slice in half, dipping knife into water before each cut so the egg yolk doesn't stick.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with the remaining ingredients except for the paprika.
  3. With the back of the spoon coat a not too thick layer of the spread on each egg yolk.
  4. Sprinkle paprika decoratively over the eggs taking care not to overdo it.
  5. Enjoy!
