Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup. ap flour
  • 1 tsp. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup. water
  • 2 egg whites, beaten (for top ; right before baking)
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds (for top ; right before baking)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar and salt.
  3. Add water, 1 egg white and melted butter; mix well to make a stiff dough.
  4. Knead until dough is smooth, about 5 min.
  5. Divide dough into 10 balls.
  6. Roll each ball on lightly floured surface until paper thin.
  7. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 min., until light golden brown.
