Lamb Chops in Wine Sauce (Lebanese recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 6 large lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup mushroom
  • 1 tsp your favourite steak sauce

Directions:

  1. Flour chops well and season as desired.
  2. Combine butter, salt, pepper, ketchup, wine, mushrooms and steak sauce.
  3. Pour over chops.
  4. Simmer for about 1 hour or so until chops are done.
