Directions:

  1. Clean and trim fresh spinach
  2. Slice tomatoes in half
  3. Add sesame oil to large nonstick pan
  4. Saute mushrooms until tender
  5. Add damp spinach leaves and tomatoes and steam until tender
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add crumbled feta cheese and sesame seeds.
