Ingredients:

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup lime zest (3-4 limes)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whip the cream, agave and lime zest with a hand held mixer.
  2. Whip until the cream forms soft peaks.
  3. Spread on your favorite cake or cupcakes.
