Ingredients:

  • makes: 20
  • jalapeno .........................10 each
  • cream cheese ...................1 package
  • shrimp ; 21/25...................20 each
  • green onion .....................5 each
  • bacon ............................10 slices
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. 1. Halve jalapenos and remove the white pith and seeds(the more pith the spicier the popper), and cut the g. onion into 1 inch slices.
  2. 2. Fill jalapeno halves with cheese, put the shrimp and g.onion on cheese and wrap the popper with the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat a pan to medium-high, and sear the bacon. Brush with BBQ and bake at 375 til shrimp is done. OR cook on a grill and brush wth BBQ right before they are done.
