Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, melted chocolate and sugar.
  2. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt into oil mixture.
  5. Chill several hours or overnight.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls (i use a small ice cream scoop).
  7. Into confectioners sugar. Roll in sugar shape into a ball.
  8. Cook 350 for 10 - 12 minute (Do not over-bake).
