Ingredients:

  • (plain flour can be used just add 1 tsp of baking powder)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 cup of water or as needed

Directions:

  1. Method
  2. Put the flour into a mixing bowl and add the salt then stir in the water slowly until the mixture forms a soft dough (dont worry if you dont use all the water)
  3. Knead the flour for about 5 - 6 mins then make some round balls the size of a plum
  4. Put a frying pan with oil on moderate heat when hot fry until golden brown.
  5. Serve with jam and butter or sprinkle with sugar
