Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Fry and drain bacon. Chop into small bits.
  3. With gloves, cut jalapenos lengthwise and de-seed.
  4. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayo, bacon, cheddar, and spices. Mix well until a smooth consistancy.
  5. Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese mixture and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
