Italian Skillet Supper

Ingredients:

  • 1 -1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp sage

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese, tomato and macaroni.
  2. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into 8 skillet (or baking dish).
  3. Cover with macaroni, 1/2 of cheese, tomato slices, then remaining mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  5. Top with rest of the cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes.
