Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Sausage until done. Cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Cook Pasta according to directions. Drain, use cold rinse.
  3. Cut Pepperoni and Olives into pieces.
  4. Dice Carrots, enough to fill 1 C
  5. Mix Together: Oil, Oregano, Salt Spice and Parmesan.
  6. Combine all ingredients and the oil mixture.
  7. Chill and Serve.
