Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white pineau (pineau des charentes)
  • club soda (optional)

Directions:

  1. Stack the mint leaves in a shaker using a pestle or the back of a spoon.
  2. Add the Pineau des Charentes, the juice and the ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour contents of shaker into a Collins glass and garnish with two straws, an orange segment and a mint top.
