Ingredients:

  1. Melt chocolate, Irish cream and heavy cream together over very low heat.
  2. Whisk in yolks one at a time which will leave mixture thicken.
  3. Whisk in butter then refrigerate overnight.
  4. Make small balls with spoon then roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, nuts or sprinkles.
