Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Melt butter in microwave for about 45-60 seconds. Add sugar and mix until almost dissolved. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Mix nutmeg and flour in a separate bowl then add into bowl with butter and other ingredients. Blend well. Add milk and stir until all is blended. Will be very liquidy. Pour into 2 shallow pie pans or 1 deep dish pie pan. Bake for 60 minutes Will be a little jiggly in the middle until it cools and sets up. Enjoy!
