Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Place milk, 2 t.
  4. Vanilla, eggs,1 c.
  5. Sugar, and bisquick in blender container.
  6. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
  7. Add cream cheese.
  8. Cover and blend on high 2 minutes.
  9. Pour into pie plate.
  10. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until center is firm.
  11. Combine sour cream, 2 t.
  12. Vanilla, and 2 T.
  13. Sugar.
  14. Spread over cheesecake that has cooled.
