Ingredients:

  • iddiyappam mix(instant 1)
  • boiled water-as required

Directions:

  1. Boil the water,then pour the water into the iddiyappam rice flr gradually
  2. Mix carefully with a spoon as it will be very hot
  3. Make the dough.the dough should be soft
  4. Press into the mould,you can see the dough coming out as noodles
  5. Press 1-1/2 round around&steam cook for 5 min...
