iddiyappam mix(instant one)
boiled water-as required
1. Boil the water,then pour the water into the iddiyappam rice flr gradually
2. Mix carefully with a spoon as it will be very hot
3. make the dough.the dough should be soft
4. press into the mould,you can see the dough coming out as noodles
5. press 1-1/2 round around&steam cook for 5 min...
