Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle sliced cucumber with salt, stir to coat, refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Mix vinegar, sugar, paprika, white pepper and garlic. Set aside.
  3. Squeeze liquid from cucumbers and discard liquid.
  4. Fold vinegar mixture, onions and sour cream into cucumbers.
  5. Sprinkle additional paprika over top and refrigerate for 2 hours.
