Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 -5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together and add lemon juice and olive oil depending on taste.
