Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cooled eggs in half. Scoop out the yolk.
  2. Mash the yolks with next 6 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Fill egg halves.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and pickled ginger.
  6. Chill and serve.
