Hot Spiced Fruit Tea

Ingredients:

  • 3 quart boiling water
  • 3 1- quart tea bags
  • 1 2- inch stick cinnamon
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Discard bags.
  2. Combine tea, spices, sugar and juices in a large Dutch oven. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Discard spices.
