Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the Cheeses and Butter in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until melted.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Beat Egg Whites until stiff and peaks form.
  4. Fold cheese mixture into the Egg Whites.
  5. Dip the bread cubes into the cheese mixture. Make sure you scrap off any excess.
  6. Place the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet, lined with wax paper.
  7. Freeze until firm (approx. 45-60 minutes).
  8. Bake at 400 F for 10 - 15 minutes.
  9. Serve Immediately!
  10. **Note: To make these up in advance - simply transfer the frozen Cheese Puffs into freezer bags.
  11. Serving Size:
  12. 6-8 People - use a Quart sized bag for freezing.
  13. 12-16 People - use 2 Quart sized bags for freezing.
  14. 24-32 People - use a Gallon sized bag for freezing.
  15. Serving Suggestions:
  16. These are really great for Christmas parties. Serve with Sausage Rolls and Egg Nog for an Appetizer while Christmas dinner is still cooking.
