Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Put the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Add the ingredients in this order: turkey slices, tomato slices, bacon strips.
  4. Saute the onion in the butter in a small saucepan until soft.
  5. Add the soup, cayenne, nutmeg, sherry and cheddar.
  6. Bring to a boil, stirring well.
  7. Remove from heat and spoon sauce on top of each muffin.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan and broil until golden brown.
