Horsey Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp sage
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix well and set aside all the ingredients for the sauce.
  2. Melt in a heavy skillet, 3/4 tablespoons fat. Add 1 medium onion chopped.
  3. Turn excess fat from pork chops. Rub well with flour.
  4. Place in skillet and brown well on both sides.
  5. Pour chili sauce mixture over chops. Simmer covered for 45 to 50 mintues.
  6. Additional water may be added if sauce gets too thick.
  7. Remove clove of garlic before serving.
